2. Avoid Thinking Old

Instead, keep learning. Whether through work, volunteering, reading, or hobbies, an active mind remains sharp. Cut unnecessary screen time and stay engaged with life.
3. Avoid Speaking Old
Constantly talking about age reinforces limitations. Saying, "I’m too old for that" turns into a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Instead, eliminate "I’m old" from your vocabulary. Speak of possibilities, not limitations. Focus on dreams, experiences, and plans.
